Detroit's Hardest Working Kid Drawing

Eligibility: Drawing only open to legal residents within the WDIV viewing area. School age children (kindergarten through 12th grade), except employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) of Domino's Pizza LLC, Domino's, WDIV and their respective parent companies and respective franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and/or those living in the same household of each. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter: Parents or legal guardians interested in nominating their child must submit a 75-word essay on Why My Child is the Hardest Working Kid in Detroit. All entries will be included in a random drawing to select the winner. Entries must include the child's name and age along with the parent's name, telephone number (daytime and evening) and mailing address. Entries may be submitted on WDIV's website at www.clickondetroit.com or delivered to WDIV at 550 W. Lafayette Blvd., Detroit, Mich.

Winner Selection: All entries must be received by noon EST, June 14, to be eligible. Entries will be judged by WDIV, and the decision will be final. Winner will be notified by WDIV with a surprise appearance at the winners' home live on the Monday, June 14, 6 p.m. news broadcast. Winner must be able to attend the Tuesday, June 15, game.

Prize: One entrant shall receive 2 tickets to Game 5 of the 2004 Pistons Playoff Finals at the Palace of Auburn Hills, limo transportation to the game, a jersey autographed by Chauncey Billups and $1,000 worth of Domino's Pizza gift certificates. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize allowed. No additional remuneration shall be granted.

Any and all taxes, or additional costs incurred as a result of accepting a prize from Domino's are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the judges. Domino's is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the contest.
