November 19, 2001

ANN ARBOR, Michigan - Nov 19, 2001 - Domino's Pizza International, Inc. today announced it has purchased the majority equity interest in Dutch Pizza Beheer B.V., headquartered in Raamsdonksveer, which operates 52 Domino's Pizza stores in the Netherlands.

Domino's Pizza is the largest pizza chain operating in The Netherlands and will use this purchase as the foundation for establishing a European office, which will manage European expansion and support of existing markets. The new company will be called Domino's Pizza Europe B.V., and will be led by Stan Gage, Vice President of Domino's European Region.

We're confident we have the capacity to triple our presence in the Netherlands within the next several years, by establishing our support services here and creating a foundation to attract qualified franchising candidates, said Patrick Doyle, Executive Vice President  International, for Domino's Pizza, LLC. While our initial focus is Holland, we see opportunities for growth throughout the European continent.

Domino's Pizza International, Inc., is a subsidiary of Domino's Pizza, LLC. Domino's Pizza operates more than 7,100 stores in 63 markets around the world, with more than 2,000 of them operating outside the United States. Most of the company's non-U.S. expansion has been through franchising, and will continue to be. The European regional office is the first the company has opened since it began expanding internationally in 1982, Gage said.
