The Make-A-Wish Foundation® and Domino's Pony Up for Atlanta Child's Wish
ATLANTA, Ga., May 4, 2002 – The Make-A-Wish Foundation,® the largest wish-granting charity in the world, and Domino's Pizza, the recognized world leader in pizza delivery, today delivered 10-year-old Alyse of Atlanta, Georgia, her wish to have her very own horse.
"Alyse has been looking forward to this day for weeks and is thrilled that Domino's fulfilled her very special wish," said Emily Rogers, Development Associate for the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Atlanta. "The great thing about this wish is that it doesn't end today – Alyse has been given a membership to the Stables Riding Club, where she will take riding lessons once a week."
Alyse, along with friends and family, enjoyed a fun-filled day: a limo ride from her home to White Horse Stables in Conyers; a chance to groom her new horse, Skip; a private riding lesson; a presentation of her very own riding gear – helmet, riding outfit, belt and bridal plates, saddle pad, bridle and grooming kit; and a special pizza party. Alyse topped her day off with a trail ride.

As part of their national partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, "Domino's Delivers Incredible Wishes," every month Domino's Pizza sponsors and delivers a wish to an eligible child within the Make-A-Wish Foundation's database.
