Domino's Owners Win Prestigious National Award at Annual Meeting

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - June 4, 2003 – Out of Domino's more than 1,400 store owners, 14 Domino's Pizza franchisees were awarded the prestigious Domino's Pizza Gold Franny Award for operational excellence at the company's Worldwide Rally in Las Vegas.

Highly coveted among Domino's Pizza franchisees, the award is given to storeowners who rank in the top one percent on several measurements. Criteria includes sales performance, product quality and operational audit scores, community involvement, store safety and security levels, and store crew morale.

The International Franchise Association established the Franny Awards more than 20 years ago as a means for franchisers to honor franchisees for excellence. The Domino's Pizza Leadership Team selects recipients for the award on an individual basis.
