Domino's Pizza Dallas Manager Dreams Big and Wins Big

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - July 19, 2002 - Elsadig Abdelmotal, of Dallas, Texas, was awarded the esteemed title of Domino's Pizza 2001 U.S. Manager of the Year.  The award was recently presented at the company's Regional Awards ceremony in Las Vegas.  

Abdelmotal set his eyes on achieving this top accolade at the 2000 awards ceremony.  After hearing Domino's Pizza Chief Executive Officer Dave Brandon's inspirational speech about  "Making it Happen," Abdelmotal knew he had the motivation and determination to make it happen for himself.  Due to Abdelmotal's leadership skills, 2001 was a record sales year for the store.  In addition to achieving a 9.34 percent sales increase, the store received the coveted ranking of five stars for operational excellence.  

Abdelmotal plays an active role in the Dallas community, as he continually meets with teachers and principals, as well as attends Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meetings.
