Domino's Welcomes Dennis Hightower, Robert Ruggiero to Board of Directors

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - March 4, 2003 - Domino's Pizza, the recognized world leader in pizza delivery, today announced the appointments of two members to its Board of Directors, chaired by Domino's Chief Executive Officer David A. Brandon.

Dennis F. Hightower, 60, is a retired business executive with over 30 years of strategic management consulting, operational planning, strategic planning, finance, and international general management experience. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of Europe Online Networks S.A., an interactive entertainment company based in Luxembourg. Mr. Hightower was a senior executive with The Walt Disney Company from June 1987 to June 1996, and served as President of Walt Disney Television & Telecommunications, then Disney's largest division in terms of revenues and operating income; and as President of Disney Consumer Products, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Hightower, who has been featured in "Fortune" and "Black Enterprise," and a host of other publications, is a guest lecturer at professional management and marketing conferences throughout the world. He is a member of the board of directors of The Gillette Company; Northwest Airlines, Inc.; PanAmSai Corporation; Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation; and The TJX Companies, Inc. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Howard University, from which he graduated in 1962 as the top Army ROTC cadet and Distinguished Military Graduate. Mr. Hightower will serve as chair of Domino's Audit Committee.

Robert Ruggiero, 43, is a Partner with JP Morgan Partners, LLC in New York. From 1996 through 2002, his area of focus for JP Morgan Partners was private equity investing in Latin America. He began his career at the Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase & Co.) in 1985 and his prior experience includes assignments in the Merchant Banking Group, Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Mexico Corporate Finance Group and the Global Chemicals Group.

Mr. Ruggiero is a director of several JP Morgan Partners' Latin American portfolio companies, including CorpGroup Partnership, C.V.; Grupo Marzam, S.A. de C.V.; and Sanluis Developments, LLC.

Mr. Ruggiero holds a B.A. in Government from Connecticut College and an M.A. from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs in International Affairs. He will serve on the Domino's Audit Committee.

Mr. Hightower and Mr. Ruggiero attended their first Domino's Board of Directors meeting in Ann Arbor on February 25.
