Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 14, 2023, Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Jessica L. Parrish to the position of Vice President—Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, effective as of March 14, 2023. In this role, Ms. Parrish will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Previously, Ms. Parrish, 38, served as the Company’s Vice President—Corporate Controller and Treasurer since March 2021, as the Company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller from June 2020 to March 2021 and in various finance leadership roles within the Company since October 2013.
